Hybrid Cookware Instructions

1.Washing:While our cookware hand polished before shipping, it's best to wash it with warm, soapy water before the initial use.

2. Seasoning:Warm the pan on medium-low. Apply 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the inside surface and heat for 2-3 minutes. This step readies your pan for cooking! Over the first few weeks, your Hybrid cookware will enhance its seasoning naturally from the oils in the foods you prepare.

3. Heating:Our unique design ensures faster heat distribution. For example, using medium heat with our cookware is similar to using medium-high with other brands. Start with lower temperatures and increase as needed.We reccomeend

4.Cleaning:Since our pans are hybrid and include stainless steel, temporary staining may occur. As our pans are safe to use with metal utensils, you can clean them with more abrasive sponges like steel wool. For tougher stains, soak your pans in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before scrubbing with an abrasive sponge.
